The National Database and Registration Authority has launched a new NADRA website aimed at improving access to CNIC verification, identity services, and citizen support across Pakistan. The updated platform is part of the authority’s shift towards a fully digital identity system.
With this upgrade, users can now access services related to CNIC, NICOP, POC, FRC, and CRC through a more organized and user-friendly interface, making it easier for both local and overseas Pakistanis to manage their identity records.
One of the key highlights of the new platform is the online CNIC verification system, which brings multiple verification services into a single section. This is especially useful for sectors like banking, telecom, and government institutions, where identity verification is critical.
Another major addition is the Geospatial Demographic System, which allows users to explore interactive maps showing registration data across Pakistan. Citizens can now view district-level statistics, compare census data, and even download thematic maps for analysis.
The website also provides access to national and provincial data trends, along with detailed records from union councils, including births, deaths, marriages, and divorces. This makes the platform more than just a service portal — it also serves as a data and analytics hub.
To improve transparency, a Right to Information (RTI) section has been introduced where users can submit requests and track their status online. NADRA has also strengthened its customer support system, offering a 24/7 call center, email support, IVR system, and improved complaint tracking.
In addition, the platform includes a modern careers portal, where users can apply for jobs through a Pak ID verified login, making recruitment more secure and accessible.
This move by the National Database and Registration Authority reflects Pakistan’s ongoing transition towards digital governance, aiming to make services faster, more transparent, and easily accessible for citizens.
For users, the benefit is clear — everything from CNIC verification to data access is now available in one place, online and more efficiently than before.
