Under the new policy, the following fees have been completely waived for one month:

  • Motorcycle and rickshaw registration fees

Before this relief:

  • Motorcycle transfer fee: Rs. 500
  • Rickshaw transfer fee: Rs. 800
  • Private number plate fee (bike): Rs. 2,300
  • Private number plate fee (rickshaw): Rs. 2,600

All these charges will not be collected during the relief period.

The decision was approved after the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Assembly passed:

  • Provincial Motor Vehicle Ordinance Amendment Bill 2026
